How to start with the planning and organization of an event? Well, I know exactly how to do that!

Since I would like to accompany you in the total event planning process, I first take a full briefing to hear about your wishes and goals for the event, the available budget and how this is made up, the roles within and outside of your organization and what the preliminary time planning could be.

Following the briefing, I’ll start the venue sourcing stage looking for the most suitable venue for the event. See a full description under ‘Venue finding’.

Next, I’ll prepare a detailed proposal with a cost overview, in which I clearly describe what the timeline and roles should be before the event actually takes place. As part of my services, I can take care of handling delegate registrations (using an advanced event registration tool, with or without payment functionality), ordering delegate badges with supporting lanyards, supporting sponsor sales opportunities to participating organizations, designing a trading floor (with or without tailor-made exhibitor booths), and arranging catering, audio-visual services, branding as well as on-site support. Besides monitoring external stakeholders, I’ll also monitor and support other stakeholders within your organization, to make sure that deadlines are reached and everything runs smoothly.
