DMC services
As a third service item, I also offer DMC services. A so-called ‘Destination Management Company’ is specialized in preparing tailor-made packages for groups visiting a certain destination. Due to my extensive local and international network, I can offer these services through Oosterom Events within the Netherlands, the Benelux region as well as other parts of Europe (using local partners and colleagues). I can do this with smaller profit margins than regular DMC’s do, since I don’t have overhead costs.
You can count on me for the following additional services:
- Private transfers by luxury car or coach (but also special transportation such as limousines and classic cars)
- Lunch and dinner reservations
- Exclusive venues for celebrations, ceremonies and gala dinners complete with catering, entertainment, flower arrangements etc.
- Canal tours by boat, guided tours, special workshops and other (teambuilding) activities
- Hostesses and guides for on-site support
- Delegate badges and lanyards
- All kinds of other printed items, such as roll-up banners, menu cards etc.
These services will be procured and invoiced via Oosterom Events, so you don’t have to take care of this yourself. Full pre-payment is required for all DMC services.
Besides all this and due to my travel industry experience, I can also arrange airline and train tickets for individual travellers and groups against preferred rates, as I’m also associated with ConsolidAir. More information is available on request.
