Recently, I sourced and contracted the venue for a pharmaceutical company’s annual 2-day Get Together meeting for 160 sales reps. This meeting was held at the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Claus Event Center in Hoofddorp.
This so-called ‘venue finding service’ is fully free of charge, as I have been compensated by the venue through HelmsBriscoe, without them inflating the rates for the end client. This has saved the client a lot of time and money.
Due to the preferred partnership of HelmsBriscoe and Marriott Hotels I managed to negotiate very good rates and terms & conditions for this meeting. Originally, this meeting was supposed to take place in February 2022, but due to the then applicable government implemented Covid-19 lockdown measures it couldn’t happen then. Fortunately, I managed to convince the venue to postpone the meeting to September 2022 without charge. They even applied very reasonable payment and cancellation conditions, so the client only had to focus on the meeting itself and the delegates.
My client is very happy with the services I provided for them!
